Job Description:
We are currently looking for a primary care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our patient-centered private practice in Austell, GA
- Positive Work Environment: Join a small, family-feel practice led by an experienced physician with over 15 years in the field. Our "patient-first" mentality is reflected in our excellent patient ratings and supportive team culture.
- Routine Primary Care Focus: Our practice focuses primarily on preventative medicine, women's health, and chronic disease management. We are situated near major urgent care centers and an ER, allowing our office to focus on high-quality wellness and longitudinal care.
- Manageable Patient Volume: Maintain a sustainable pace with an average of 16 patients per day (capped at 20). Your schedule includes dedicated slots for in-person visits with telehealth seamlessly embedded at the end of the day.
- Desirable Schedule: Enjoy a stable 4-day clinical week (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with a dedicated administrative day from home every Wednesday to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
- Collaborative Scope: Focus on preventative care and weight loss management with a blend of procedures including paps and minor I&Ds, plus the opportunity to precept students if desired.
- Minimal Call Requirements: Participate in a very light call rotation adding to the already notable work life balance this practice offers

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience preferred, specifically in a Primary Care setting but new grads considered
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
- State licensure and board certification is required.
