Virginia Premium Medical Care is a thriving, patient-focused practice in Ashburn, VA, seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative team. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care in a supportive environment, this is an excellent opportunity to focus on comprehensive, traditional primary care.


What You'll Do: Role & Scope of Practice

You will deliver comprehensive outpatient Primary Care and Women's Health services to patients aged 18 and older. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Performing routine physical exams and preventative health screenings.
  • Health maintenance and patient education.
  • Managing common Women's Health issues.
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.


Schedule & Flexibility

We value work-life balance and offer a schedule with no evening hours and no after-hours call.

  • Availability: Open to both Full-Time and Part-Time candidates.
  • Part-Time Option: A flexible schedule of three days per week, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.


Qualifications We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1-2 years of post-graduate experience in a primary care setting.
  • New Grads: Stellar New Grads encouraged to apply.
  • Licensure: Active Virginia Physician Assistant license, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Certification: Current PA certification.
  • Mindset: An eagerness to learn and a strong passion for delivering excellent patient care.
