Job Description:
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Needville, TX
As a medical provider, you will have a pivotal role in providing high-quality comprehensive medical care to patients across the adult age group. You will serve as their first point of contact for preventative care, acute illness management, chronic disease management and health promotion.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and treat ~20 patients per day
- Review bloodwork and refill prescriptions on a day to day basis as they come in
- Work as a team, you can be as autonomous as desired, but questions and collaboration is encouraged
- Maintain a TX license to practice medicine in good standing
- Note: there is a moderate volume of in-office procedures (joint injections, I&D, skin biopsies, sutures, etc.). The candidate is NOT required to conduct these, but we are happy to train the candidate if there is an interest in learning
Qualifications:
- Active PA-C or NP license to practice in the states of Texas
- Prior work experience is NOT required
Spanish is required
Job Schedule:
- Friday: 8:00am to 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am to 1:00pm
Base Salary: $50,000
