Job Description:
We are currently looking for a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our primary care practice with office locations in Canterbury and Thompson, CT.
- Outstanding opportunity to join our well-established private practice and work alongside a board certified family medicine physician, a physician assistant, a nurse practitioner, and tenured support staff.
- We offer the full scope of chronic and acute care services to patients of all ages (newborns through geriatrics).
- Our practice places a strong emphasis on patient-centered care. We are seeking a provider with a compassionate approach to treatment who is willing to go above and beyond for their patients.

Qualifications:
- Open to new graduates or providers with experience
- Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- State licensure and board certification is required
