Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Board Certified Family Physician Assistant to join our well-established private practice in Sacramento, CA.

The Opportunity:

• Join a dedicated team consisting of Dr. Dheeraj Karma and five Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in a practice that has been serving the community since 2006.
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a standard 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday..
• Patient Volume: See an average of 15-18 patients per day with ample time allotted for appointments.
• Cutting-Edge Support: Benefit from advanced technology including AI scribes integrated into Epic, and a dedicated Medical Assistant for each clinician to assist with rooming, vitals, and inbox management.

Comprehensive Services:

Our practice provides a wide range of services to a diverse patient population (60/40 Medicare split). Our services include:

• Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring.
• Women's Health and Obesity & Metabolic Syndrome Management.
• Advanced treatments such as PRP Treatments, Botox, fillers, and aesthetics (training available).
• Minor procedures including cryotherapy and biopsies.
• Hospital Care and Virtual Visits.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of primary care experience required, no new grads considered
• Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
• State licensure and board certification is required

The salary range for this role is $155,000 to $170,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
