Job Description:

We are currently looking for a BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice with office locations in Annandale and Fairfax, Virginia.

• Outstanding opportunity to join our well-established private practice and work alongside 3 board certified family and internal medicine physicians, 2 physician assistants, and a tenured support staff.
• Our practice offers the full scope of chronic and acute care to patients of all ages (100% outpatient), with a predominant focus on adults. There is an option to see patients of all ages, or focus solely on patients ages 18+.
• We pride ourselves on the highest standards for patient care and perform very strongly in key quality metrics and improved patient outcomes.
• Physicians and patients have access to our on-site lab, ultrasounds, medical assistants (1:1 MA to provider ratio), and scribes.
• Flexible schedule offering outstanding work-life balance with no after hours call responsibilities and 4 hours of administrative time per week.
• Offering highly competitive compensation and complete benefits, including pathway to profit sharing opportunities and partnership track.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
