Schedule: Full-Time; no evenings or weekends required.

We have 40+ providers serving across 18 office locations throughout the Hartford area, and are seeking a dedicated clinician to join our Hartford office, where you will enjoy the clinical autonomy of a private practice with the security and operational excellence of a well-established network. • Clinical Autonomy & Sophisticated Scope: Manage a panel of adult and geriatric patients utilizing generous appointment blocks to ensure thorough, relationship-based chronic and acute care.
