Job Description:

Prima Medicine, a well-established Primary Care practice based in Fairfax, VA, is seeking an Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team. In addition to our Fairfax office, we have locations in South Riding, Merrifield, and soon Tyson's Corner. We also operate an Immediate Care Clinic in Fairfax for acute care visits and walk-ins, providing comprehensive care to adults ages 18+ through a wide range of services, including sick and well visits, annual physicals, and women's health (no OB). This is an exciting opportunity for a physician seeking work-life balance, a collaborative team, and a place to grow their practice.

Position Details:

• Role: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician (Full-Time or Part-Time)
• Setting: Outpatient only, primarily based in our Fairfax office
• Patient Volume: 18-22 patients per day
• Support Staff: Medical Assistants
• Full-Time Schedule: 4.5 days of patient-facing time, 0.5 day of administrative time
• Part-Time: Minimum 3 days per week

Qualifications:

• Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine or Board Eligible if a new graduate
• Active VA medical license or willingness to obtain
