Job Title: Primary Care Physician (Outpatient Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

Location: Newtown, CT (Fairfield County)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (No evenings or weekends required)

This is a physician-led environment where clinical autonomy is the standard, allowing you to practice traditional medicine without the constraints of a large corporate institutional model.

• Clinical Scope & Patient Demographics: Manage a sophisticated adult patient panel with a significant Geriatric and Medicare concentration. You will oversee a blend of chronic and acute care, utilizing generous appointment blocks-including 60-minute physicals and Medicare AWVs-to ensure comprehensive, unhurried patient management.
• Operational Efficiency & Support: Benefit from a tenured, "family-feel" support team including a 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio and dedicated administrative staff. The practice culture prioritizes a seamless workflow, allowing physicians to focus on diagnostic excellence rather than clerical burden.
• Work-Life Synergy: Experience a predictable, professional schedule with zero weekend office hours. The call burden is exceptionally light and telephonic only, shared across a 1:5 rotation with other local independent practices, as hospitalist teams manage all inpatient requirements.
• Collaborative Practice Culture: Join a supportive environment and work alongside one of the founding Primary Care Physicians and a Physician Assistant in a highly collaborative setting. This role is ideal for either an early career physician mentorship or an experienced clinician looking for a stable, independent practice.
