Schedule: Full-Time; Flexible 4 or 5-day work week; No evenings or weekends

• Clinical Autonomy & Scope: Provide full-scope primary care to a diverse, multi-generational patient panel with the freedom to set your own pace. While we serve a significant geriatric population, you have the flexibility to focus on all ages or specialize in areas like weight management or office-based procedures.
• Premier Operational Support: Benefit from a 1:1 MA-to-Physician ratio (with RN options available) and a robust internal infrastructure including on-site imaging, laboratory, and an ASC. Our team is exceptionally stable, with most APPs boasting tenures of over 5 years, ensuring seamless daily operations.
• Advanced Administrative Relief: Minimize charting time with Suki AI scribing and Naveena for value-based care documentation. We further protect your time through the Privia Care Advice Line, which serves as a highly effective after-hours triage to dramatically reduce call disturbances.
