Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)

Location: Fair Haven or Branford, CT

We are a mission-driven, multidisciplinary medical group of over 140 clinicians serving the Greater New Haven region. Our integrated care team includes primary care, pediatrics, women's health, mental health, addiction medicine, optometry, endocrinology, cardiology, podiatry, dermatology, dental, and pharmacy professionals.

Operating across 20 sites, our primary care division features 15 Family Medicine physicians, 8 Internists, and 2 Geriatricians dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive healthcare to our community.

Position Overview & Practice Highlights:

We prioritize provider efficiency, modern technology, and a supportive team structure so you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

• Clinical Volume: 16-18 patients per day
• EHR & AI Support: Epic EHR with ambient scribing technology
• Dedicated Staffing: 1:1 Medical Assistant ratio per physician; 2:1 nursing support
• Integrated Care Team: On-site embedded behavioral health, care coordinators, and a robust specialist network (Endocrinology, Cardiology, Podiatry, and more)
• Hospital Integration: Seamless care coordination for Yale admissions and discharges
• Professional Growth: Abundant opportunities for teaching, clinical leadership, specialized clinical initiatives, and special projects

Schedule:

• Patient-Facing Time: 36 hours per week
• Shift Breakdown:
  • Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (4 days)
  • Late Day: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (1 day per week)
  • Weekend Coverage: 1 Saturday every 3 months

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $240,000 + performance bonus potential
• Paid Time Off: 27 days PTO annually + 9 paid holidays
• CME Support: 5 CME days annually + $3,000 annual stipend for licensing, board certification, and CME (includes UpToDate access)
