• Evidence-Based Patient Care: Manage a primarily adult-focused panel ), utilizing generous 60-minute blocks for new patient evaluations to ensure comprehensive, high-quality outcomes.
• Structured Mentorship: New providers have the option of an immersive training program with board certified Psychiatrists.
• Optimal Patient Volume: Maintain clinical excellence without burnout, seeing an average of 13-17 patients per day, supported by a workflow that prioritizes quality of interaction over quantity of visits.
