Title: PMH-NP/PA

Location: San Antonio, TX (Leon Springs & Medical Center)

Practice: Dominion Family Healthcare

Schedule: Flexible (3 to 5 days per week); Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

You will work alongside four board-certified primary care physicians, two family nurse practitioners, and a tenured support staff in a collaborative, integrated care environment.

  • Patient Focus: See a manageable volume with 30-45 minute new patient evaluations and 20-30 minute follow-ups.
  • Work-Life Balance: No weekends or late evenings; standard 8-5 business hours with a dedicated lunch hour.

The Role

We are seeking a compassionate PMHNP to provide outpatient psychiatric services to a mid-age population (18-60). Your primary focus will be the diagnosis and medication management of:

  • Anxiety & Depression
  • ADHD
  • Mood Disorders and related behavioral health conditions

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active Texas State License
  • Experience or strong interest in an integrated primary care setting
  • Must love building long-term relationships with patients and possess excellent clinical bedside manner
