Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our growing Family Medicine and behavioral health team. This role is designed to support the Practice Lead in managing an expanding patient panel due to high-volume growth, ensuring seamless continuity of care through a high-touch, psychotherapy-integrated model.

Clinical Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Target Patient Demographic: Generalist practice catering to individuals from age 14 through geriatric populations.
  • Care Spectrum: Focused management of a broad range of psychopathologies, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders.
  • Scheduling & Engagement: Premium clinical workflow offering 90-minute intakes and 45-minute follow-up visits to facilitate deep patient connection.
