Registered Dietitian

Practice: Endocrine and Psychiatry Center - Huffmeister Rd or Cypress, TX

Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) preferred, but open to part-time or other scheduling options.

Endocrine and Psychiatry Center is a multidisciplinary medical practice with locations in Houston, Texas. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing comprehensive care in endocrinology and psychiatry. We focus on delivering personalized treatment plans to address a wide range of endocrine disorders and mental health conditions, ensuring our patients receive holistic and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nutritional counseling and education to patients, with a focus on endocrine disorders and weight management.
  • Develop individualized meal plans and lifestyle modification strategies to support patient health goals.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement integrated care plans.
  • Conduct both in-person and virtual consultations to accommodate patient needs.
  • Stay current with the latest research and guidelines in nutrition, particularly related to endocrinology and weight management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Dietitian (RD) license in the state of Texas.
  • Preferred experience in endocrinology or outpatient clinical dietetics.
  • Certified Diabetes Educator Specialist (CDES) credential is a plus.
  • We are willing to consider enthusiastic new graduates.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
