Job Description:

The Opportunity:

• We are currently looking for a BC/BE sleep medicine physician to join our team. This is a fully remote position, supporting our patients within our multispecialty offices located in the Phoenix, AZ Metropolitan Area, though the incoming physician will have the option to work in-person if preferred.
• Our sleep medicine department is a newly established service line that will be supported by referrals from 35+ primary care providers within our practice, as well as other providers in the surrounding community. The incoming physician will also have the support of 2 on-site advanced practitioners, who are both experienced in sleep medicine.
• The incoming provider will primarily review and interpret home-based sleep studies and the occasional lab-based sleep study, and they will also consult with patients remotely.
• Full-time or part-time schedule options with flexible hours; no evening or weekend obligations and no call.

• Integrated Medical Services is a physician-owned and led multi-specialty medical practice serving communities in Mesa, Phoenix, Glendale, Avondale, Goodyear, Paradise Valley, and Sun City.
• We have also expanded our care to include Northern Arizona in Prescott, Show Low, and Payson. With over 70,000+ unique patients served, and more than 25 locations, we are proud to serve a diverse patient base.
• Our team consists of 75 highly skilled providers across 9 specialties, including cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, orthopedic surgery, pain management, podiatry, primary care, and sports medicine.
