Job Title: Urogynecologist (FPMRS/URPS)

Location: Northern Virginia (Multiple Locations)

Schedule: Full-Time | No OB Call

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urogynecologist to join Anna Health, one of the fastest-growing and most successful independent private practices in the Mid-Atlantic. Founded in 2003 by Dr. Anna Le, our practice has expanded to eight modern locations across Northern Virginia. We are looking for a high-caliber physician to lead our Urogynecology division, providing specialized pelvic floor and reconstructive surgery to our massive, established patient base.

• Subspecialty Leadership & Clinical Scope: This is a pure Urogynecology/FPMRS role with no obstetrics requirements. You will have the autonomy to build a full-scope Urogyn program, focusing on pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and reconstructive surgery. With 20+ providers across eight offices, you will step into an immediate, robust internal referral stream, allowing you to ramp up your surgical volume rapidly.
• Elite Surgical Environment: Perform surgeries at Inova Fairfax, the largest hospital in Northern Virginia with a Level IV NICU and state-of-the-art robotics suites. The practice is highly supportive of minimally invasive techniques and offers advanced robotic facilities. You will have dedicated O/R block time and the support of a tenured surgical assistant and an experienced clinical team.
• High-Efficiency, Physician-Centric Model: Our practice is designed for maximum efficiency, utilizing a team-based approach that handles all administrative burdens so you can focus entirely on patient care. Providers are supported by a 1:1 ratio of highly trained staff, allowing for an autonomous and high-energy clinic flow without the after-hours burden typical of hospital-based systems.
• Balanced Professional Lifestyle: We believe in leveling the playing field with hospital systems by offering a superior quality of life. This role features a standard Monday-Friday schedule with flexible start times. Because this is a specialized GYN-only role, you will enjoy a predictable schedule with no OB call, allowing you to fully disconnect outside of office hours.
