Location: Trinity, FL

Schedule: 3-4 Days/Week, No Call

An outstanding opportunity to join a premier, physician-led private practice dedicated exclusively to comprehensive, outpatient gynecological care. Direct mentorship from an established, board-certified physician offers an incoming provider clinical autonomy within a collaborative environment focused on high-touch patient care.

• Specialized Outpatient Scope: Focus exclusively on outpatient gynecology, including annual wellness exams, contraceptive care, and minor problem visits, with zero OB or hospital rounding responsibilities. Procedural duties include IUD/Nexplanon insertions and endometrial biopsies.
• Streamlined Operations: Collaborate with a dedicated Medical Assistant and front-desk administrator to maintain efficient daily workflow and comprehensive clinical support.
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy exceptional flexibility with a schedule of 3-4 days a week, with no evening or call obligations.

Candidate Qualifications

• Credentials: Active, unrestricted Florida license (or eligible) as a Nurse Practitioner (WHNP preferred, FNP, AGNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C).
• Experience: Open to new graduates with dedicated women's health clinical experience or experienced NPs/PAs with a background in outpatient gynecology / women's health.
• Clinical & Language Skills: Spanish language fluency is highly preferred.
