Location: Annandale, VA (Northern VA / Washington, D.C. Metro)

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Flexible options for 3-, 4-, or 5-day workweeks; includes 2 Saturdays/month)

Joining an established, physician-led private practice in Northern Virginia, this unique opportunity offers true clinical autonomy within a deeply mission-driven, community-focused environment. Operating as a hybrid primary care and urgent care setting, the clinic is expanding to meet heavy patient demand for dedicated pediatric and family medicine care. It is an ideal setting for a compassionate clinician seeking high-impact medicine, authentic patient continuity, and an independent practice culture.

Servicing a predominantly Spanish-speaking patient panel, we are seeking a Spanish-speaking clinician (conversational or fluent) to effectively connect with our community.

• Broad Scope of Practice & Rewarding Panel: Focus primarily on pediatric primary care alongside same-day acute visits for all ages, managing high-risk conditions and performing minor procedures.
• Physician-Led Culture & Collaborative Team: Collaborate within a close-knit, highly supportive environment alongside 1 physician and a team of APPs who all prioritize underserved community care.
• Operational Efficiency & Team Support: Benefit from dedicated Medical Assistants managing rooming, prior authorizations, and portal messaging, complemented by generous appointment slots with adaptable scheduling for complex cases.
