• Clinical Scope & Autonomy: Focus on a "bread and butter" primary care panel primarily aged 18 and up, with the flexibility to see patients as young as 12. The practice emphasizes comprehensive wellness, including women's health (GYN exams, IUD removals) and minor procedures, allowing you to practice at the top of your license.
• Professional Expertise: We are seeking a seasoned clinician with 3+ years of experience who thrives in an autonomous environment. This role is designed for a provider who possesses the clinical confidence to lead patient care plans independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
• Operational Efficiency: Experience true administrative relief with DeepScribe AI technology and a cross-trained support team that includes a dedicated biller to manage coding complexities. This infrastructure ensures you focus on the patient while maintaining a streamlined workflow.
• Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy a standard Monday-Friday clinical schedule with the last patient seen at 5:00 PM and no weekend requirements. The telephonic call burden is exceptionally light, assisted by a nurse triage line, averaging only 4 calls per month.
