The Practice

Join a sophisticated, physician-led independent practice dedicated to the "whole-patient" philosophy of primary care. This is a strategic growth hire for a clinician seeking clinical autonomy within a culture that prioritizes deep patient relationships over high-volume metrics. We are currently expanding our footprint to reopen a previously closed patient panel and are seeking a dedicated PA or NP who values autonomy, mentorship, and a sophisticated work-life balance.

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

  • Standard Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Weekends: No Saturday hours (potential for one Saturday per month in the future).
  • Patient Volume: A manageable pace of 10-12 patients per day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, "bread-and-butter" primary care to a diverse patient population (ages 5 and up).
  • Manage a clinical mix focused on women's health, chronic disease management, and minor outpatient procedures.
  • Operates with clinical autonomy while collaborating closely with Dr. Lucas for mentorship and chart reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited in-person PA or NP program
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Physician Assistants: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Primary Care setting preferred.
    • Nurse Practitioners: Must have a strong foundational background (2+ years) in ICU or Floor Nursing prior to advanced practice.
  • Clinical Style: A provider who is comfortable working independently but welcomes professional growth and a collaborative team environment.
