Family Medicine Physician - Frederick, MD

• Clinician-Led Autonomy: Take control of your practice with the ability to choose your own appointment time slots (15 vs. 20 minutes). Our "fire-in-the-belly" philosophy ensures that busy providers are rewarded with robust production bonuses and shared ACO dividends, often exceeding hospital-system earnings within 2-3 years.
• Path to Partnership & Ownership: Become a stakeholder in a thriving organization with partnership eligibility after just two years. Partners hold equal shares, act as key decision-makers, and enjoy additional income from ancillary margins and potential real estate ownership opportunities.
• Full-Scope Clinical Environment: Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. Our offices are equipped with advanced diagnostic tools (DXA, PFT, Carotid scans) and on-site lab services, supported by CDEs and RDs on staff to enhance patient outcomes.
• Advanced Provider Support: Focus on medicine rather than paperwork with high-level support, including MAs in every office and your choice of scribing technology (Suki AI or Dragon dictation).
• Sustainable Work-Life Balance: Maintain a 4-day work week (34 patient-facing hours) with no evening or weekend requirements outside of a very light, shared call rotation (typically 1:8 weekdays and twice-yearly weekends).

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine
• New graduates and experienced physicians are equally welcome; leadership experience is a plus.
• Must be comfortable seeing a full-spectrum patient population (newborns through geriatrics).
• State licensure and board certification are required.
