Location: Herndon, VA (Northern Virginia)

Schedule: Full-Time | 4-5 Days/week | Monday - Friday

Our well-established, independent private practice is expanding its clinical footprint by introducing a new Family Medicine service line to capture a massive, ready-made adult panel. Led by a highly reputable pediatrician, this practice prioritizes true clinical autonomy and a supportive culture, providing a seamless medical home for aging pediatric patients and their families. This unique expansion offers an incoming physician the freedom to build a premier family practice backed by an immediate, built-in referral stream.

• Scope of Practice: Cultivate a culturally rich, multi-generational practice absorbing an immediate overflow of young adults (ages 18-21) and parents from an active panel. The clinical scope includes standard chronic and acute care, and dedicated women's health services, serving a diverse demographic.
• Support & Collaboration: Experience the best of both worlds by anchoring this independent practice site with Family Medicine services while enjoying the full operational backing, compliance framework, and vast peer network of Privia Medical Group. Although you will lead the Family Medicine service line locally, you are connected to a massive, collaborative community of 500+ regional Privia providers and dozens of Northern Virginia primary care sites.
• Operational Efficiency & Support: Operate seamlessly within a highly efficient environment, supported by a dedicated clinical team of MAs. Generous daily appointment blocks include administrative time to eliminate charting bottlenecks and ensure a smooth clinical workflow.
