• Clinical Breadth & Autonomy: Provide comprehensive care to a diverse panel ranging from newborns to geriatrics, with a particular emphasis on young families; physicians enjoy the freedom to perform various in-office procedures and the optionality of newborn hospital rounding.
• Elite Operational Support: Experience true administrative relief with a 1.5:1 MA-to-clinician ratio and a tenured, cross-trained support team focused on managing results and patient messaging to keep your focus on the exam room.
• Optimized Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy a 4.5-day clinical schedule with a dedicated half-day for administrative tasks (flexible/remote) and a light, rotation-based phone call (1:4) that yields zero to two calls per week.
• Efficient Practice Tech: Leverage a streamlined workflow featuring 15-minute appointment blocks, integrated virtual visits, and a strategic ramp-up period for new providers to ensure quality of care and patient retention.
