Specialty: OB-GYN Physician

Location: Fairfax, VA (Northern VA / Washington, D.C. Metro)

Schedule: Full-Time, 4.5 days/week (Fridays end at 12:30 PM)

Fair Ridge OB/GYN Associates is a premier, physician-led practice seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible OB-GYN to join our highly respected, collegial team. Anchored by award-winning leadership and a deeply rooted reputation in the community, the practice offers complete clinical autonomy alongside full-spectrum surgical and obstetrical support.

• Scope of Practice & Clinical Variety: Highly balanced 50/50 OB and GYN workload serving a diverse, well-educated patient population. Features in-office procedure capabilities supported by anesthesiology and on-site ultrasounds. Physicians do deliveries and surgeries at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, with access to robotics and a Level III NICU.
• Mentorship & Surgical Development: Exceptional clinical support tailored for both experienced providers and early career physicians. Although not required, practice leadership provides dedicated double-scrubbing support for major cases and direct mentorship in DaVinci Robotic Surgery.
• Operational Efficiency & Support: Features a dedicated 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio, an LPN triage nurse, dedicated surgical scheduling, and on-site phlebotomy. Integrated EMR system with options for advanced dictation and AI scribing capabilities to ensure minimal administrative burden.
• Work-Life Synergy: Exceptional 4.5-day schedule with Friday afternoons off and generous 15-to-30-minute appointment blocks. Predictable 1:4 call rotation with built-in recovery time-including the Friday before and Monday after weekend call completely off.
