We are currently looking for a primary care nurse practitioner to join our private practice in Milford, CT:

- Full Scope Primary Care: Our practice offers the full scope of chronic and acute care to patients ages 18+, including regular physical exams, preventive health screenings, and the diagnosis and treatment of chronic illnesses like diabetes, COPD, and hypertension.

Qualifications:
