Job Description:

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our highly respected, physician-owned private practice in Arlington, VA. • Established Panel: Step into a mature, turnkey adult patient panel from a departing physician, providing clinical stability and the opportunity for continued growth.
• Scope of Practice: Provide a full scope of evidence-based adult primary care (ages 18+), including chronic disease management, wellness visits, and minor procedures for a largely geriatric population.
• Collaborative & Supportive Environment: Benefit from a 1:1 MA-to-Provider ratio where dedicated staff handle routine calls and prior authorizations to maximize your clinical workflow.
• Balanced Patient Volume: Focus on quality over quantity by seeing an average of 15 patients per day with generous appointment slots ranging from 15 to 60 minutes.
• Optimized Workflow & Admin Time: Utilize built-in daily administrative time (typically 6 patient-focused hours) to ensure charting is completed during the workday.
• Flexible Full-Time Schedule: Enjoy a flexible schedule including 4-5 days/week, with no evening or weekend office hours required.
