Job Title: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Location: Alexandria, VA (Kingstowne & Old Town)

Schedule: Full-Time, 4-5 Days per week, 2 Saturdays/month (No After-Hours Call)

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our high-growth, modern private practice in Alexandria, VA. We pride ourselves on a physician-centric model that utilizes advanced technology and extensive administrative support to ensure our providers can focus almost exclusively on patient care.

• Comprehensive Primary Care: Manage a diverse patient panel of all ages or adults only. While the practice is rooted in primary care, you will have the opportunity to engage in acute care / sick visits, women's health, and standard office procedures (I&Ds, suturing, cryotherapy) in an environment that actively converts walk-in visits into long-term primary care relationships.
• Forward-Thinking Support Team: Experience an unparalleled level of support designed to eliminate administrative burnout. Each provider is paired with a 1:1 MA and a virtual assistant for real-time scribing, allowing you to complete charts during the patient encounter. With dedicated teams handling prior auths, labs, and callbacks, there is very little required of our physicians outside of direct patient interaction.
• Flexible & Balanced Schedule: We are committed to a "No Call" lifestyle, with no after-hours requirements for our physicians. We offer flexible scheduling, including 4-5 days per week and 2 Saturday shifts per month. When weekend coverage is required, weekday hours are reduced to ensure a consistent, manageable 32-40-hour workweek.
