We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving, quality-focused private practice in Alexandria, VA. Led by an experienced physician dedicated to clinical excellence, our group is known for its cohesive team environment and commitment to the long-term health of our community.

• Comprehensive Clinical Scope: Provide a full scope of primary care to an adult patient population, with the unique opportunity to integrate specialized services such as allergy testing, ultrasounds, or obesity medicine into your practice.
• Patient-Centered Care: We prioritize quality over quantity, utilizing generous appointment blocks and a 1:1 MA-to-Provider support model to ensure you can focus on delivering evidence-based, thorough care without administrative bottlenecks.
• Collaborative Team Environment: Join a supportive, forward-thinking team of 2 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners who values open communication and shared success. Our practice is designed for efficiency, utilizing staff support to foster a seamless and equitable workflow.
• Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a full-time schedule including 4 days per week plus two 4-hour Saturday shifts per month to ensure we meet our patient panel needs while maintaining a manageable lifestyle for our providers.
