We are seeking a driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in urology or urogynecology to join our full-service urology practice in Winchester, VA. This is an exceptional opportunity for an advanced practice provider who is passionate about patient care and eager to develop deep expertise in the field of urology. Quick Look:

  • Schedule:
    • Full-Time. Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. No call, evenings, or weekends.
  • Broad Scope of Care:
    • Our practice provides comprehensive outpatient urologic care for both men and women, including general urology and specialized urogynecology services.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Offering a competitive base salary ($130,000 - $135,000) with productivity bonuses and comprehensive benefits package.

Practice Overview:

  • Supportive & Team-Oriented Environment:
    • Collaborate closely with supervising urologists and the clinical care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
    • Scribe services available to reduce documentation burden
    • Nurse triage support team for workflow optimization
    • Modern, fully equipped outpatient practice
    • Opportunity to develop subspecialty expertise in a collegial, growth-oriented setting
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients across the full spectrum of urologic conditions in an outpatient setting
    • Perform and interpret diagnostic studies, order labs, and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Conduct in-person and virtual patient visits utilizing our integrated telehealth platform
    • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted Virginia license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Experience: 1 year of clinical experience required, no new grads will be considered.
  • Attributes: Strong bedside manner, a relationship-based approach to care, and HIPAA compliance.
