We are currently looking for a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving, mature private practice with locations in Orange and Madison, VA.
About The Opportunity
- Outstanding Opportunity: Step into a highly respected practice and work alongside a collaborative team of six physician partners and a tenured support staff. This is an ideal role for an established physician or a motivated new graduate seeking strong mentorship.
- Full Scope of Practice: We offer comprehensive chronic and acute care for patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. Our offices are equipped with on-site X-ray and mammography services, allowing you to provide streamlined, high-quality care to a loyal, multi-generational patient base.
- Clinical Autonomy & Support: Enjoy true clinical freedom with the ability to set your own appointment pacing. You will be supported by an ample, tenured staff-many of whom have been with the practice for over 30 years-who handle everything from triage and med refills to inbox management.
- Highly Flexible Scheduling: We offer 4 or 4.5-day work weeks with flexible daily hours.
- Academic Connection: Through our partnership with the University of Virginia, physicians have unique opportunities for teaching, clinical rotations, guest lecturing, and precepting medical students (only if inclined, not required).
